Rates and Retainers
Here at BVI, we are dedicated to creating a personal relationship with our customers.  In our effort to provided superior cost effective services, we have two payment options. Each payment option includes the number of billed hours, shipping and material cost.  Work is billed at 15 minute increments, and there is a one hour minimum. There is a 20% deposit due at contract signing, and the remainder is billed upon completion. Invoices can be mailed or emailed, and we accept several forms of payment.  Invoices come with a net 30 agreement, which means the billed balance is due within 30 day of the invoice date.

Retainer rates
For those customers that desire dedicated time, we offer retainer rates.  These rates are offered at a discounted. There are two plans to choose from, and each plan has a two month minimum contract. Unused hours will be carried over to the next pay period.
10 hr -$200 
20 hr - $400

Forms of payment
Acceptable forms of payment are Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and/or American Express, paypal. A $30 fee will be charged for any and all returned checks. A 1.5% monthly service fee will be charged for all invoices over 15 days outstanding.
